Big Sky Resort is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily FOH operations, mentor a diverse team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from casual mountain dining to refined service.

You will supervise staffing, coordinate service steps, and uphold resort standards while staying adaptive during peak hours. This role rewards proactive coaching and a passion for hospitality in a world-class setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food & beverage experience with a focus on leadership/supervisory roles.
• Detail-driven with high personal standards and service integrity.
• Effective communicator and motivator with the ability to inspire performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example — mentoring and guiding your FOH team through daily operations.
• Oversee the execution of service steps to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Engage with guests, address feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and pre-shift briefings aligned with resort standards.
• Step into roles such as expo, host, or server support during peak hours.
• Foster clear communication and hold the team to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Participate in management meetings and lead service trainings.
