Le Meridien St Louis Clayton is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, oversee check-ins/outs, and provide local information with warmth and professionalism.

You will handle reservations, billing questions, and guest requests, coordinating with Housekeeping and other teams to ensure an unmatched guest experience. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment while protecting guest privacy.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel front desk operations is a plus.
• Ability to learn and accurately use hotel systems and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Completing guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting guests with reservations, room assignments, billing questions, directions, and hotel information.
• Learning and sharing knowledge about the hotel, local area, dining, attractions, and experiences.
• Responding to guest questions, requests, and concerns with patience and a service-first mindset.
• Communicating guest needs with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Monitoring room availability and supporting timely room readiness with Housekeeping.
• Handling cash, credit card transactions, guest accounts, and other financial responsibilities.
• Protecting guest privacy and handling guest information securely.
• Answering phones, responding to messages, and assisting guests and callers in a friendly manner.
• Staying organized and composed during busy periods.
