Job summary

Margaritaville Hotel Nashville is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Desk team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive service excellence across all touchpoints.

You will monitor guest satisfaction, supervise payroll and budgets, and ensure cash handling and audits are performed to standard. Strong communication and hospitality acumen are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Front Desk with friendly, efficient hospitality.
• Coach and develop Front Desk team; recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction; take action to address concerns.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, and labor costs; manage departmental budgets.
• Ensure cash handling, audits, and financial procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
