The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of supervisory experience in hotel front office, strong leadership, and cash handling skills, with solid communication and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front desk and ensure top-tier guest service.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in daily leadership and staff management.
• Cover evening shift as Manager On-Duty and ensure all policies are followed.
