Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Margaritaville Lake Resort is seeking a strong Front Desk leader to drive service excellence and deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will recruit, train, and motivate the Front Desk team, manage reservations to optimize occupancy and ADR, and participate in budgeting and financial controls. A customer‑focused attitude and solid computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality operations experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate associates to deliver high-quality guest service.
• Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit, train, motivate, and monitor associate behavior to attain elevated guest service quality.
• Meet budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability for the guest services department.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the guest services department.
