Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a friendly Front Desk and Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our front desk. You will connect with families daily, guide them through enrollment, and deliver a warm, first-impression experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll greet members, answer phones, handle inquiries, and support sales efforts while keeping the front area organized and safe. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required, and evening/weekend shifts are needed.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator with families of all backgrounds.
• Willing to learn new software; training provided.
• Organized, dependable and proactive about tasks.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and families at check-in and make them feel welcomed.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls.
• Guide families through student registration using sales and customer service techniques.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with a solution-driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, snack area and lobby.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
