Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Front Desk and Sales Associate to warmly welcome families, guide enrollment, and drive positive signups in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You will greet members, answer phones, conduct outbound sales calls, and help families with merchandise and routine front-desk tasks while maintaining a clean, organized space.

Evening and weekend availability is required; CPR/First Aid/AED certifications are provided through the company.

Qualifications

• A natural communicator
• Comfortable learning new software
• Organized, dependable, proactive
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Required CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members
• Guide families through the student registration process using sales and customer service techniques
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally with a solution-driven approach
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk, snack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and lobby area
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary
