Job summary

Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC seeks a Front Desk/Data Entry Specialist to join the team at Hanscom AFB. You will be the first point of contact for the M&FRC, handling phones, visitor check-in, class scheduling, and data entry in Air Force systems.

Responsibilities include answering calls and directing visitors, scheduling classes, entering data in AFFIRST, sending reminders, and producing monthly usage reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic web applications.
• Able to pass CAC background check and Information Assurance exam.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and greet visitors; direct to the appropriate M&FRC program manager.
• Schedule clients for classes and workshops; provide routine information.
• Enter and maintain data in AFFIRST system, including TAP data.
• Send class/workshop reminder emails one week prior to start date.
• Meet a data entry accuracy standard and contribute to monthly client usage reports.
• Maintain front desk appearance and report inoperable equipment; light housekeeping.
