Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reception area and assist the General Manager and Sales Manager with new car orders and requests.
• Greet or acknowledge every customer and maintain a professional environment.
• Answer phone calls promptly and deescalate concerns when needed.
• Perform light clerical duties and document client concerns accurately.
• Attend required trainings on-site or online.
• Maintain office supplies and support front desk operations.
