As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by answering phones, greeting guests, and providing support to multiple departments. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Notify staff when customers arrive and assist in making introductions
• Accept payments for service and parts invoices and accurately balance cash drawer
• Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointmentsComplete basic paperwork for loaner vehicles and customer documents
• Perform light administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, and handling mail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts teams as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, positive personality with a professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
• Cash handling experience and familiarity with 10-key a plus
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
