Five Star Ford Dallas is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department while maintaining a welcoming, organized front desk.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, preferred.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Direct customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Support the dealership team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
