Five Star Ford Lewisville is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to greet customers, answer calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and provide accurate messages for follow-up.

You will maintain a clean, professional reception area, support basic administrative tasks, and contribute to a welcoming dealership experience. Evening hours, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for growth within the sales, service, and parts teams.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with directing customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Support the dealership team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
