Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sales, Customer service or related experience.
• Strong computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task; flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment.
• Superior verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers through phone and email.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner while selling our best-in-class services.
• Answering telephones and directing the caller to the appropriate party.
• Providing information, scheduling drop-off and pick up appointments, documenting customer communication and keeping our service files up to date.
• Assisting with other related duties such as keeping front office tidy, photocopying, filing and collating.
