Crash Champions is seeking a customer-facing role at one of its locations. You will greet customers, route inquiries, and maintain a clean, professional reception area.

You will handle a high volume of calls and emails, provide essential clerical support to leadership, and assist with basic accounting tasks and month-end processes. The position emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.

• Manage all incoming calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence; direct to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into accounting systems and various spreadsheets; balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
