Pet Paradise in Dripping Springs is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome pet parents and their companions. The starting rate is $14.00/hour with $0.50 raises at 6 months and on the annual anniversary, plus eligibility for comprehensive benefits.

This full-time/front desk position offers advancement through our Unleashed Leadership Academy, training scholarships in Dog Training and Grooming, and many employee perks including on-demand pay, discounts, and a 401(k) match.

Formación

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (e.g., Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist)
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency while delivering excellent service
• Cheerful, friendly, and positive team-oriented attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to documentation
• Enjoys solving problems to provide a premier guest experience
• Role requires substantial physical labor including pet handling, walking, and standing for long periods
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Flexible to work resort schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times

Responsabilidades

• Welcome pet parents and their pets to the resort with a warm, friendly greeting
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs accurately
• Walk guests’ dogs and coordinate suite placement to meet needs
• Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails and emails promptly
• Handle cashier and point-of-sale transactions
• Coordinate with pet parents and resort leadership on requests and updates
• Maintain cleanliness of entrance, lobby, and restrooms
• Assist with cat room care and routine resort duties
• liaise with veterinary services and manage appointment statuses
• Assist with harnessing pets at check-in/check-out and ensure suites are ready
