Pet Paradise in Cedar Park is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and their pets. Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, phone and email inquiries, and coordinating pet care needs while maintaining a clean lobby.

This role offers on-site work with opportunities for advancement through company training programs and animal-care scholarships. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with $0.50 increases at 6 months and again on the annual anniversary.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (e.g., Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Cheerful, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to problem-solve to provide premier guest experiences
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as pet handling and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and their pets at the Cedar Park resort entrance
• Process check-ins and check-outs and coordinate suite placement
• Walk dogs for drop-off/pick-up and manage room assignments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and voicemails promptly
• Handle cashier and point-of-sale operations
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with cat room duties
• Coordinate with veterinary teams and resort leadership as needed
• Assist with harnessing pets at check-in/out and setting up suites
