Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. North Easton is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage the front office, deliver excellent patient service both in person and via telehealth, and support clinicians.

The role requires strong multitasking, clear communication, and HIPAA privacy awareness. Starting wage is $22.75 per hour, with quarterly bonuses; schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, at 115 Main Street Suite 2D.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service preferred.
• Experience with EMR and scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out in a courteous manner.
• Coordinate front desk activities including scheduling and insurance tasks.
• Assist patients with billing questions and payments.
• Support clinicians with administrative duties and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming front office environment.
