Job summary

Hanis and Berriche Orthodontics in Katy, Texas is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. You will greet patients, determine the nature of visits, route calls, and manage front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of front desk or administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, patient-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience as Front Desk or People-Facing Administrative.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team members.
• Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed.
• Checks in and collects information from patients on their first visit.
• Notifies clinicians of patient arrival and readiness.
• Makes appointments for returning patients as necessary.
