Qualifications

• One year of administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers, determine nature of visit and notify appropriate team member(s).
• Welcome visitors and provide information about clinic features.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and take messages as needed.
• Check-in and collect general information from patients on their first visit.
• Verify insurance information.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrival and readiness.
• Schedule appointments for returning patients as necessary.
• Print/reprint appointment reminders and school/work excuses.
