HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for the Integrated Care Center Clinic in San Francisco. The role includes front desk intake/registration, appointment scheduling, and directing calls across departments.

You will support interns and volunteers and serve as a call receptionist for administrative and clinic teams. The position emphasizes teamwork, high-quality patient service, and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk reception, administrative and/or customer service.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices.
• Comfort working with staff and volunteers.

Responsabilités

• Schedules medical clinic appointments and directs calls.
• Enrolling patients into Healthy San Francisco (HSF) program.
• Handles intake/registration and greets patients with customer service.
