A leading company seeks a Front Desk Coordinator in Winston-Salem to manage administrative duties and serve as the first point of contact for patients. This role requires strong communication skills and previous customer service experience in a busy medical office environment.
The Front Desk Coordinator in Winston-Salem coordinates everything needed for our office in Winston-Salem. This is a very busy position that reports directly to the Front Desk Manager and is often the first face of DTA that our community sees. This positions will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties, including (but not limited to): scheduling, in-clinic collections, insurance verifications, and continued insurance authorizations.

A college degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred, at a minimum candidates are required to have a High School Diploma or GED.
To oversee the Front Desk of the company, to assist with the production and viability of the whole group. One full-time position in Winston Salem office.
High volume of kept patient appointments to an efficiently structured schedule with full patient billing information turned over to Billing Department.
