Skin Sense, an award-winning day spa, is searching for qualified candidates. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to work at our North Raleigh location. Both full-time and part-time hours are available.

Evening, weekend, and key holiday availability is required.

Compensation: Starting at $13-$15 per hour, with eligibility for a Front Desk Bonus of up to $4.00 per hour and a share in the Bonus Pool profits based on growth goals.

Front Desk Responsibilities include:

  • Providing strong customer service and communication skills
  • Maintaining professional front desk and phone etiquette during daily tasks
  • Performing scheduled cash counts throughout the day
  • Calculating day-end deposits accurately
  • Managing daily data entry and updating client profiles
  • Effectively communicating with clients and staff
  • Applying quality sales techniques to meet retail goals
  • Ensuring all activities are performed with excellent customer service

Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications (e.g., Word).
