As a Front Desk Manager, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily front desk operations
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintain knowledge of services and promote them to clients
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Uphold cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative tasks like sales reports and cash handling
The schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, requiring flexible availability.
