Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Greensboro, located at 3352 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a Front Desk Manager, you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development. Compensation: We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate and uncapped commissions, with typical earnings up to $21/hour based on performance.
As a Front Desk Manager, you will:
  • Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
  • Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee daily front desk operations
  • Train, monitor, and coach team members
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Maintain knowledge of services and promote them to clients
  • Promote sales, promotions, and events
  • Uphold cleanliness standards
  • Handle administrative tasks like sales reports and cash handling
The schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, requiring flexible availability.

Role Requirements:
  • Passion for customer service and people
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel for training or events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs; knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
