The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a Front Desk Manager, you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles based on performance and market growth. As a Front Desk Manager, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest and member experiences
- Oversee daily front desk operations
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintain knowledge of services and educate clients
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Uphold cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative functions like sales reporting and cash handling
The schedule includes weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability required.
