Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa invites you to join the founding Front Desk team in Connecticut as a Front Desk Concierge. You will help welcome the first guests in November 2026, handling reservations, check-ins, departures and payments with warmth and professional service.

As a founding team member, you will provide information on hydrotherapy, memberships, retail and Bistro offerings, while maintaining guest privacy and operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services, wellness, retail, tourism or similar customer-facing roles.
• Interest in creating welcoming guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with reservation, POS and payment tech.
