Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa is opening in November 2026 and is building its founding Front Desk team. As Front Desk Concierge, you will handle reservations, arrivals, payments and guest interactions to create a welcoming experience from first contact.

This part-time, on-site role offers opportunities to learn about hydrotherapy, memberships, retail and Bistro offerings while supporting a growing wellness brand during the pre-opening phase.

Qualifications

• Guest-service experience in wellness or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate reservations, POS and payment technology.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Calm, professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to discuss services, memberships and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in genuine conversations.
• Manage reservations, arrivals, departures and payments.
• Provide information about hydrotherapy, treatments, memberships, retail and Bistro.
• Assist with locker management and guest flow.
• Maintain clean, organized Front Desk areas.
• Protect guest information and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Explain memberships and promotions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in training.
