Yora Nordic Spa in Portland, CT opens November 2026 and seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to join our founding team. You will lead day-to-day front desk operations, coach a guest-focused team and ensure a warm, seamless arrival for every guest.

You bring 2–4 years in wellness or hospitality, previous supervisory experience, and a passion for service. This full-time, on-site role offers growth opportunities within a growing wellness brand and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in wellness, premium guest service, hospitality or similar guest-focused environment.
• Previous supervisory or shift-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Desk team to create warm, genuine guest experiences on each shift.
• Coordinate daily Front Desk operations, shift priorities and guest flow.
• Ensure reservations, check-in, payments, locker assignments and guest communications are accurate.
