You will coordinate transportation, handle deliveries, and ensure HIPAA compliance while providing courteous service to residents, families, and staff. Salary ranges from $13.00 to $14.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with proper technique.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and communicate effectively on the telephone.
• Past experience in front desk, reception, or healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answers multi-line telephone system and routes calls to appropriate staff
• Greets staff, residents, & visitors in a courteous & professional attitude
• Responds to & relays resident call bell or pendant alerts promptly to direct care staff
• Communicates with residents, families, and staff to support quality care
• Maintains front desk workspace and processes deliveries and faxes with confidentiality
• Coordinates transportation and maintains organization of office supplies
• Accepts and organizes resident and facility deliveries
• Ensures entry to authorized staff/visitors afterhours and adheres to HIPAA
