Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
