Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to create a welcoming first impression for residents, families, and visitors. You will support the front desk, assist with move-ins, and help the Sales team with inquiries, while maintaining a warm and organized community experience.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and strong customer service skills, be organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly and professionally.
• Answer calls, route messages, and provide accurate information.
• Support Sales with inquiries and marketing materials.
• Assist move-in preparations and manage front desk tasks.
• Maintain welcoming Bistro area and front desk.
• Support recruitment and data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols and sign-in procedures.
• Process meal tickets and basic office tasks.
