Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge in Boulder, CO to greet residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will coordinate calls, provide community overviews, assist with move-in preparations, and keep the front desk and Bistro area welcoming.

This role supports the Sales team, handles appointments, mail, and rosters, and upholds Sunrise's hospitality standards while ensuring safety procedures and excellent service every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls, and take accurate messages.
• Provide community overview and support Sales inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
