You will manage lobby activity, handle guest check-ins, process payments, log incidents, and coordinate with maintenance and staff to ensure smooth operations across multiple buildings.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer service background is preferred.
• Ability to follow desk procedures and building rules.
• Strong communication, math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lobby traffic and check-in/out guests with ID and compliant behavior.
• Accept and account for rental payments accurately.
• Log occurrences and maintain shift documentation hourly.
• Follow desk manual procedures and report emergencies.
• Sort and distribute mail promptly and maintain office spaces.
• Coordinate coverage for vacations and shifts as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff at all times.
• Report hazards and coordinate with maintenance and management.
