You will answer phones, greet guests, sort and forward mail, coordinate express mail services, and resolve inquiries as part of a collaborative team using modern tools and compassionate care for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and direct callers to the appropriate individual; provide information about the community, directions, and other related details.
• Greet and direct visitors to the community.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolve customer questions and concerns.
