Job summary

Crown Pointe, a Sonida Senior Living community in Omaha, NE, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome residents, visitors, and callers, delivering outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism.

You will answer phones, greet guests, sort and forward mail, coordinate express mail services, and resolve inquiries as part of a collaborative team using modern tools and compassionate care for seniors.
