Job summary

Casa de las Campanas is seeking a Receptionist to welcome residents and visitors, answer calls, and provide friendly, professional help at the front desk. This role monitors emergency panels, logs deliveries, and supports staff with routine office duties in a campus-style senior living setting in Rancho Bernardo.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service at a concierge/ front desk role, plus PBX experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience in concierge/front desk roles.
• One or more years of PBX experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Maintain lobby and reception area clean and organized at all times.
• Monitor emergency panels and respond per facility policies.
• Coordinate information between reception and other departments as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to staff and residents.
