Job summary

The Forum at Rancho San Antonio in Cupertino, CA is seeking a hospitality-focused Receptionist to warmly greet residents, guests, and staff, and to support daily front-desk operations.

You will open/close the reception desk, answer calls, help with inquiries, and maintain resident records while upholding Life Care Services standards and HIPAA confidentiality. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and other Office applications; typing speed of at least 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the reception desk and secures files, keys, and equipment.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
• Answer and route telephone calls; take and deliver messages as needed.
• Assist with marketing/sales inquiries and maintain community inquiry standards.
• Accept and record payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations.
• Maintain confidential resident information per HIPAA regulations.
