Genesis HealthCare in New Mexico is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff at the nursing center. You will handle calls, greet guests, and manage mail and patient lists while supporting daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace tools. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the care team.

Formación

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
