Job summary

Talentify is seeking a receptionist for our Albuquerque nursing center, where you will be the first contact for patients, families and staff, handling calls, greeting visitors and routing messages.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets. We offer health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), PTO and additional employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must read/write/speak fluent English to ensure safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
