Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and care.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties at the nursing center; be the first point of contact.
• Answer all incoming calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents and staff with contact details.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties.
