Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Front Desk Concierge to join our growing property management team in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes safety, guest relations, and daily building operations with a focus on professional service.

You will greet residents and guests, monitor access points, maintain logs, and collaborate with the Community Director to uphold community standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or property management preferred.
• Ability to walk property and monitor areas.
• Ability to interact professionally with tenants and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety of guests, employees and company assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Promote positive and courteous public relations to all tenants, visitors and guests.
• Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and company assets; monitor visitor activities.
• Gain and maintain proficiency with life safety system and central security panel of buildings.
• Prepares reports based upon observations, information and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
• Communicate with Executive Director on safety issues.
• Tour properties and monitor building operations.
• Maintain daily logs and shift reports.
• Adhere to Security Policies and Procedures manual.
• All other duties as assigned.
