Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Buffalo Grove is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families and visitors, and to create a safe, organized front-office experience that reflects Sunrise’s hospitality standards.

You will greet guests, manage calls and messages, assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials, support the Sales team, and help with administrative tasks while maintaining professional confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with strong time management and follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly and professionally.
• Answer and route calls; take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergencies.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
