Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to support the nursing center every Saturday and Sunday. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, handling calls, greeting guests, and directing inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
