Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Huntington nursing center. You will warmly greet patients and visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient lists, handling mail, and ordering supplies. Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is required to support daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
