Carington Park Nursing Home is seeking a part-time Receptionist to cover 3pm-7pm on Mondays and Fridays, plus every other weekend 7am-7pm, on-site at our facility. You will be the friendly first point of contact for visitors and staff, handling calls and messages with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Tend to all visitors at the front desk during a your shift.
• Ensure compliance with all bulletin boards and visitor sign-in logs.
• Take all incoming calls to the facility and direct to the appropriate contacts.
• Take messages for staff members.
• Maintain office supplies and coffee shop supplies according to budget.
