Join New Eastwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a part-time Concierge. This role offers a pay range of $18-20/hour and evening shifts from Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 8 PM. As the first point of contact, you will greet residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Current and active CNA license in the state strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role required.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer all incoming calls in a courteous manner.
• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support operations.
• Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage internal and external calls and take accurate messages.
• Coordinate information flow and support front-desk operations.
• Maintain a calm presence while handling priorities.
