National Health Care Associates Cascades seeks a part-time Receptionist to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first contact point and help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere in our facility.

Sunday and Monday 8:30am-5pm with duties including greeting, answering calls, coordinating inquiries and appointments, and handling mail and gifts. This entry-level role offers growth within a compassionate care team and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Receives inquiries and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities.
• Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents.
