Rush To Beauty is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical aesthetics team. You will greet patients, handle calls and scheduling, and support providers to ensure a smooth, five-star patient experience.

The ideal candidate has dermatology/medical aesthetics front desk experience, strong computer skills, and a proactive, friendly approach in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk experience in dermatology or medical aesthetics preferred.
• Knowledge of esthetics and skincare a plus.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional, five-star patient experience.
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient texts and emails, and manage appointment scheduling.
• Check patients in and out, schedule follow-up appointments, and maintain smooth patient flow.
• Prepare patient charts, manage paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Use computer systems and office software efficiently to complete daily tasks.
• Assist with patient intake forms, consents, and other administrative documentation.
• Support providers and the business manager with daily office operations.
• Assist with skincare product sales, inventory, and other front office duties.
• Handle unexpected situations calmly and find solutions when challenges arise.
• Prioritize competing tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
