Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to be the face of our community in Sandy, UT. You will greet residents, families and visitors with courtesy, manage front-desk operations, support the Sales team with inquiries and assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.

You’ll also handle calls, document guest information, and maintain a welcoming environment while supporting recruitment and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls, take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment and data entry tasks.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
