Qualifications

• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for task performance.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with initiative.
• Professional, pleasant, team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly with empathy and confidentiality.
• Log and coordinate package distribution.
• Collaborate with departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor access through kiosk sign-in and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule resident transportation and event/guest meal reservations.
• Record maintenance requests in electronic systems.
• Maintain an organized workspace and prioritize hospitality.
