Canopy by Hilton New Orleans Downtown is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage guest information, issue keys, and assist with inquiries to ensure an exceptional stay.

Experience at a brand setting or luxury hotel is preferred; willingness to train the right candidate is noted. This full-time position offers growth through our Management Development Program and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred, with a focus on guest service.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
